Please help me with understanding this Japanese.
 

I'm am about to buy a sanshin from a website but am having trouble understanding some bits of the website I'd like to know more about before I commit to the purchase. I have genuinely tried to understand it but it's way beyond my level and online website translating sites don't really help that much as they spit out mostly gibberish.

What is the difference between the ９点セット and the １５点セット? Since the information is on a picture it wont translate.

Is it artificial snakeskin? I'm trying to get the best artificial snakeskin one I can since it's illegal to import snakeskin products into Britain.

Also what does it say about different neck woods nearer the bottom?

Sorry for the asking something perhaps a little difficult but I don't want to mess up on what is an expensive purchase choice.

The nine piece set is for beginners and the 15 piece set is for "masters"

It is artificial snakeskin.

Regarding the neck, they give you two additional options other than the regular oak, which is dark in color as you see at the top of page.
1. Natural brown (oak) for 3,500 yen extra.
2. Rosewood for 25,000 yen extra.
