Can someone please translate this sentence for me?

あれだけ意見できのはスゴイ。

Particularly, what do あれだけ and できの mean?

First, there is a mistake in the sentence. できのは　＞　できるのは

あれだけ　＝　あれくらい = like that

できるの　＝　できること　= being able to

"It's awsome being able to exppress yourself/himself/herself like that."
