translate a complaint?

Hey, I'm wondering if anyone will be willing to translate a complaint for me?

Im wanting to write in to a management company, because the official fanclub I'm apart of for a band won't ship the fanclub live tickets abroad (they ship with eplus, which won't ship outside of Japan). Everything else is sent with EMS, it's just these tickets.

Would anyone be willing to lend a help to translate an email?

Were you going to fly to Japan for the show?

The logical conclusion for this line of questioning is: "So then you can afford to hire a translator," right, MMM? ;)

I'm going to guess, "So they can hold them for you/give them to you once you're in Japan.":D

Tsk tsk, I prefer to infer self-interest out of seemingly innocuous questions ;)

No, that wasn't what I was thinking at all, but good point. I have friends in the US that want to be members of the fan clubs for certain bands in Japan, but cannot because they don't live there. Some shows have concert tickets that are not sold to the public, but only to fan club members.

There is no point in filing a complaint to the management company. They have surely heard it time and time again. The reality is, they don't need to have people fly into fill seats at their concerts, as they will sell out, even if they limited sales of tickets to people whose last names start with the letter "S".

Oh, no. I am a member of the fanclub, and I do fly to Japan to see the concerts. I get all the other fanclub benifits shipped to me abroad no problem. Even the normal, non-fanclub tickets are EMS. It just happens that for 1 product, the fanclub ones, they use a different shipping service, and I was wanting to address it.

I can still get my tickets, but I will have to use a Japanese fan who will charge comission and such.
