Can you provide a larger picture than that? I think the first three are 安生前, but I'm not sure.

Interesting. I studied Chinese one semester, and one of the people appearing in the textbook was named Palanka, and that fourth character was the "ka."

I agree with SM, it looks like 安赫利卡 (which is Angelica in Chinese, though I'm not too sure on the second one...) The first one means peaceful, second means bright/dazzling, third is benefit and the fourth is card (or something...)
