Have anyone used these books or using them right now? Are they good? How should I work with them??

I can't speak for the workbook, but the reference or whatever book is, hands down, the #1 book I recommend for anyone trying to learn kanji or build his vocabulary. If you buy any book other than a textbook, buy Kanji in Context.
