"Ah, how should I call you?"

Alternatives include "Ah, what is that thing called?", "Ah, what do you prefer to be called?" ”Ah, what should I call over here?", depending on context.

Edit: The use of "何て" instead of "何で” (Note the missing dankuten) is also a bit more melodramatic, and it's possible that the speaker was being mildly sarcastic. If so, a possible implied meaning is "Who do you think you are?"

That can only mean one thing.

"Um, how how should I call (address) you?"

What are you talking about? 何て is just the colloquial form of 何と and it has nothing to do with なんで.

I'm probably wrong, but are the following sentence constructions valid?

”Ah, what should I call over here?" is definitely wrong though. Sorry.

I'd managed to get 「何と」 and 「何で」 mixed up. For that, and for giving the wrong advice as a result, I am truly sorry.

Note to self: Don't read too deep into stuff that I don't fully understand.

The phrase 何て呼べばいいですか is being used properly although I see no reason why あっ is added in all three.
