Need translation to Japanese please - 12-15-2010, 08:09 PM

I'm just would like to translate the table of content in RED at bellow image to English language, i know its old but please try your best.

I don't know much Japanese at all, so I can't help.... I've seen there are quite a few viewers though that may have mistaken the purpose of this thread as well.... You say you need translation help "to Japanese", not from Japanese.... I thought you needed a foreign (not Japanese) language translated to Japanese.... I was just curious as to which language you needed translating....

I, for one, don't normally venture into the Japanese Language Help threads unless I need the help myself....
