If not please explain by what you mean as Language pack and please try other resources threads, chances are if you search there is already everything you need in terms of packs and downloads listed somewhere or other in them.

I wish people would read the stickies

I'm a relative Internet old timer from way back in the early 90s, and it used to be the norm for people to read the FAQ before posting on Usenet (the old-man equivalent of forums like JF) and type "!rules" before typing on IRC (the old-man equivalent of AIM/MSN/Y!IM/Skype/Facebook Chat/whatever).

Usenet and IRC are still around you know

IRC also has autobans for those who disobey so watch it you young whippersnappers.
