Soi was watching the movie " Ichi the killer" and its about this guy who goes and kills people and a mob who is trying to find Ichi. Anyways the mob whever their yelling or talking harshly to someone they would make like a roaring sound. like they over roared their r's. Whys that?

Do you mean "rolled" their Rs? That is pretty common in gangster/yakuza speak.

I've always wondered if you can write yakuza rolling R's as something like こっら! Probably not since the っ is not a "double consonant" but a "glottal stop," but you can't blame a guy for trying! ;)

Yea Thats what I mean. Do they do it for intimidation or is it just a type of slang?

It's to sound gruff/masculine/hardcore/badass/whatever.
