may someone please translate this?
 

hello, I was given this bracelet from my grandfather, who was in the Military, and i do not know what it says on the back. I have been told it is in japanese. i think it could be from WWII. Please help me translate it, it could possibly help me learn about my family history. also, i appoligize if the picture is upside down, i cant remember which side is up :confused:

It is upside-down and it is not in Japanese. That is two strikes!

It is in Chinese saying:

"Republic of China
Airways Committee
XXX"

The last line consisting of 3 characters is too blurry to read.

sorry bout that, haha i have a good friend who is korean,and speaks english as his 2nd language and said he was sure it was japanese. thanks alot for translating it though!i appreciate it!
