could someone please help me with grammar / correction in a phrase
 
does 'それはすべて夢であり' make sense?

what i am trying to say is 'it is all a dream'

am i typing it correctly? someone please help correct it?

あり is in the continuative form, so you need to change it to ある, which is the affirmation form.
