One quick question on the pasyt/present and future tenses.
I'm currently practicing my Japanese.
One part I'm writitng is, Oteru to Jinjou o shimashita. Omoshirou (sou) katte kara. Would the sou in brackets work in that sentence to translate to, "I went to a temple and shrine, because they sounded/looked interesting" ? Or would I have to add some sort of particle to join them up? |
Quote:
O Otera (correct) X Jinjou O Jinja suru = to do, shimashita = did So it should be as follow: Omoshirou sou ni mieru kara, Otera to Jinja ni ikimashita. or, Otera to Jinja ga omoshirou sou ni mieru kara, mi ni ikimashita. |
Arigatou Gozaimasu!
Cheers! |

otera to jinja ga omosirosou desukara, soko ni iki masita. The "sou" already has a meaning of looked/sounded, so "mieru" is not nessary. And you could use the " soko" to instead of repeating "jinja and otera", that's mean "there". |
