Kanji help!!!! Otousan special or mysterious Kanji
 

I was translating Bakuman from Japanese to English to practice Japanese. On page one I encountered the word Otousan, I know what this means but it had an extra Kanji character that I have never seen before, I looked Otousan up in the oxford mini japanese dictionary and Kotoba! but I couldnt find the kanji anywhere. The comic has the Kanji written too small for me to see how many strokes it has so I cant look it up. Does anyone know anything about this Kanji?
