I have seen books that offer to help teach Japanese by having manga in both English and Japanese. Does the site you linked to show the actual manga, with the illustrations to help follow the story, or just the text?

I'm afraid but the site shows only text.

However another site below shows Manga One Piece (in English). Probably you can follow the story.
