can someone help me
 
hello everyone I was wondering how to say "I'm looking for someone who can teach me Japanese" in Japanese

this is what I came up with "dareka ga nihongo wo oshie ni sagashimasu" but this doesn't look right to me...so can someone help me

Looks good to you? Well, not to this native speaker!
Don't ever use "dareka" when you are seeking help. It sounds very childish. Use "donataka".

One example would be "Donataka Nihongo o oshiete kudasaru kata o sagashite imasu"

well thats what I would tell my friends hahah.... but yeah I get you. (besides for a beginner you have to start at the bottom of the latter not the middle)

I would probably go with "Nihongo wo oshiete kudasaru kata wo sagashiteimasu."

It's formal, but if you are asking a favor like that, best to be formal.
