I recommend you check the Japanese Language Resources thread, and the other stickied threads here. You can try teaching yourself the basics of the language using those resources, and then ask the users here specific questions that you have about the language. It's difficult to teach somebody from scratch.

The verb lesson link provided by annariette is a good one by the way. It is structured similar to 2 class session lesson I had in a japanese class a couple of years ago.
