Translation of a rare (?) symbol needed
 

Hello everyone,

I could need help with the translation of this symbol here:



It's the one between the symbols for "fish" and "inn" (provided I translated those correctly).



This is a screenshot from a Japanese interactive novel. I'm sorry for the low resolution, but that's as high as the game goes. :( If anyone here could help me with that, that'd be great. The symbol looks symbol for that for demon/magic (魔) but doesn't seem to be quite that symbol.

I think that the symbol is "scale(鱗)".
鱗 is generally pronounced "Uroko", but in this case it may be pronounced "Rin".
魚鱗亭 is likely pronounced "Gyo-rin-tei", I took it as an inn named "Fish Scale".
