Help with modern にほんご。

My name is Will, I am a freshman in college, majoring in East Asian Languages and Cultures with a focus in Japanese. This is the first time I have ever been taught Japanese and was hoping there was somebody that could help me practice by speaking with me in Japanese whether on the forums or elsewhere. I do not know too much Japanese, however, I can read Hiragana pretty well although my vocabulary is not all that vast. こんばんわ!:vsign:

The kanji 灰 means "ash." It's not the same as the word はい, which means "yes."

Good luck with your studies! I hope you can find someone more experienced than silversoraryuu to practice Japanese with.
