When you want to list descriptions about someone/thing you can ~し to the end of each description. I don't know what the context of the sentence is, so I can't give you an accurate translation of it.

its another form of connector.. same with "to", "toka" that means "and"

example:

あの所は高いし遠いしとりあえず止めましょうか?

:D

It means "and things like"

At the end of a sentence it can mean "and things like that".
