I saw the movie some time ago and I didn't like it, it was just trying to be disgusting and it was boring. As for the manga you can download it online.

I can't seem to find any where to download the manga. The movie was boring and really gorey but well worth the watching!

I was personally a fan of the over dramatic attempts at making a gory movie. Also, if you haven't yet, check out Wild Zero.
