Yeah the first episode was a bit disappointing.
|
I haven't seen it or heard of it before.
|
It's a japanese game show that brings americans to japan to battle against each other for like..... money or something.
|
I have never seen this show but I do watch Japanese shows often. I find them hilarious. Some are plain stupid but everyone is different.
|
The only thing I've heard is that some loser in my area got cast on it.
|
This one makes the challengers do funny things and by the end of the day one person goes back to america. The two teams of this season are the green tigers Verses the red robots. Luckly the most annoying person of the red robot team was sent back to america, over one lose she didn't want to do the task her team had to do the rest of the team was ok with it which was to clean a tokyo subway. while the green tigers won the first round and were taken to relax in front of fuji yama. In the end the teams will be separated and have to depend on there self in free for all matches in order to be number one.

I figured that much when i could never find anything on them that has nothing to do with american challengers. Nor the fact that i could never find any episodes.

I saw this a couple of times it was a reality show and you played a fake japanese game show. It had wacky games like pop balloons filled with paint with your but and dress like babies and fill bottles and stuff i thought it was cancelled though lol. it was okay it helped to kill time.

As a Japanese citizen, I probably laughed at different things in this "reality show" than the American viewers, such as the occasional use of Chinese music, the big red Torii gate at the house the contestants stay in, the wacky, non-Japanese way the paid studio audience act, etc. In short, the general American view of the Japanese hasn't changed that much since I first visited America over 30 years ago. |

I've never seen it, but my mother watches it regularly, and she finds it funny. She's actually recording episodes of it to send to me.
|
I know it's fake, but I love it.
Fellow Americans embarrassing themselves. Like Wipe-out~! XD |
Now wipeout is an awesome show dude, reminds me of Mxc. lol.
|
mxc was hillarious though I never had any idea what was going on.
|
Yeah the show is really old it was made like 20 years ago and aired it all around the world at different times and months i think it aired in france four years befote it came to america. At this point it aired in i think indonesia in 2006 so thats the only country that shows it everyday (i think) but in america you have to stay up really late and hope it comes on. Or just buy the Dvd's which i can't seem to find.

MXC was the Japanese TV show Takeshi's Castle that was made in the late 1980s and then was re-edited and dubbed into English. Actually "dubbed" is not the right word, basically funny jokes and story lines were written to match the editing and how the people's lips moved.
Wipeout copies many of the games from Takeshi's Castle. |
Yeah actually they did that to keep up with the times as well. too bad Mxc won't have any more episodes. Tony hawk was a special guest in one of the episodes that really took place at a parking lot nere a lake lol they just built the obstacles there.

haha Ive seen this show Its interesting and funny
