There was some serious moshing going on when I went. I was like on the fringes of it. They mostly did it to the first band though.
Throwing trash and stuff? What's up with that?

jrocker21 01-26-2009 07:56 AM

there's no moshing for dir en grey..
i'm telling you!!

for other bands.. yes..
but dir en grey??
seriously.. their fans mostly consist of females and i highly doubt they want to mosh. ^^

blah.. i hear the crowds aren't too friendly with our dear boys.
they throw trash and waterbottles at them..WTH??
but the band was still professional enough and kept on playing.
especially totchi who is like a major blog whore! ^^

aww daidai,
i don't think there's moshing at diru lives.. just crazy fangirls going crazy.
that's the only way to die.. if they kill you. lol. XD

Yeah, that's true, some people were a little harsh. They missed every time they chucked something though, and to be honest Kyo looked like he didn't give a f*** anyway.

And yes there was moshing, but that's probably because it wasn't just a Diru crowd - there was a whole range of other bands and most people were there to see Mindless Self Indulgence and not Dir en grey. Besides, I mosh to Dir en grey and they mosh too! Doesn't matter if your a girl - even better, you have long hair normally xD

I ended up getting interviewed about Dir en greys perfomance and I got a tshirt too. Watch out for us on Kerrang TV! Haha.

Still, they didn't have to throw stuff.
How low can people get?? When I go to a concert and see a band I don't like, I don't throw stuff. now that's just plain rude!

Hmm.. I think you're confusing my moshing with your moshing. XD
Here, moshing is like when a big circle is formed and people get inside and go crazy like pushing each other around and stuff. Really dangerous actually.

And headbanging is headbanging, most girls do that. lol.
I know I do it.. gives you a major neck sore the next morning. XD

People did seriously do real moshing at the one i went to, and to dir en grey too. But that was because they were mostly there for the first band i think. It was actually half, maybe more than half? guys at the concert I went to too

Yeah, that's rude to throw stuff
I often get a sore neck too, hehe

Moshing/Headbanging is the same thing to me, the thing your on about is a mosh pit and there was one at Dir en grey I promise you! Maybe it'll be on youtube, I'll have a look for you.

Some vids, doesn't show the pit though:

Same :p

I need to confirm a few songs because like many people to busy enjoying it to take notes XD i know they played obscure, dozing green, concieved sorrow.

Um started queing at around 11am, met a really nice italian guy who me and my mate chatted to. we were right next to the door were people came in nd out. so we managed to get a pic, autograph, shake hands with Die and toshiya. my friend looked like he was going to cry when he met die. anyway we had got a big £20 of whisky for diru and were gonna give it to them. we spoke to the translater nora and she said that would be fine. but we got stopped going in and said we couldnt take it in so had to give it to someone on the bus to hold >_>.

inside was good met the lovley lorrainelouiseee from the forums there lol so watched diru together. They got a good reception from everyone, mayb the best there? i dont know left before MSI could come on, then we went to get Kaoru autograph at the merch stand. spoke to nora at the merch stand and told us to wait outside and she we would help us get our cds signed by Kyo and shinya but that didnt happen =/ so was a bit dispointed with that but lots of ppl came with us down to the coach and got die to sign some stuff.

So in all was a good night and made uite alot of good friends. met 3/5 of the band so im saying the night was a sucess lol

lorrainelouiseee 01-28-2009 10:31 PM

I'm pissed I didn't get any photos or videos, my stupid phone battery ran out in the queue at the beginning. :(

But thanks Southe (and Asian Dave :P) for getting my ticket signed <3
