YouTube - Korn - Here To Stay

I think this band must have copied Dir en Grey... sounds so similar yeah? Or was it the other way around :P

Dir En Grey's new music is so incredibly wannabe American metal bullshit. Hilarious.

I'm glad I'm not the only one.

so do I. I want to go to another one already.
@ningyou....

did you know Jonathan seemed to enjoy Diru's show, when they toured together?

(just doesn't take negative Diru comments well, though you're always entitled to your own opinion)

also, I believe you're wrong. Have you listened to Uroboros?

Ningyou 02-08-2009 10:49 AM

I tried to listen to a couple songs from that CD tonight and I couldn't even get through one full song. It's just garbage in my opinion. I don't like their new stuff. I'm sorry if they're your favorite band and I'm insulting them, I'm not meaning to do that. I know if someone insulted D'espairs Ray I'd go off on people. But I do enjoy some of Dir En Grey's music, I just think it's going downhill from what it used to be.

same here. how long has korn been around? Dir en grey has been around since 1997 right?

Ningyou 02-09-2009 01:57 AM

Dir en Grey and KoRn came out around the same time, actually. Pretty funny, yes?

Dir en Grey's Inward Scream, to me, was much better than The Rose Trims Again. But the only thing that made TRTA shine more was The Human Abstract. :]

So, bleh. :\
