No they won;t be headlining any tours in the US or Europe just yet.
Deftones was definitely next year. This is their tentative schedule for this year: According to their official website, they're ONLY TOURING JAPAN this year, in May. (I figured this was the case, as they might tour internationally, later this year and into early next year. I know that they're definitely looking into touring Germany,Sweden and the US sometime next year.)
