mao and kyo look alike..
kyo has nice abs, maybe the best but mao is way better!
he has the softest skin you can ever imagine and his hair isn't fizzy like kyo.x3

and about mao's skin...I think you're right
he does have the softest skin
I remeber the scar piccus......even with the scar his skin looked amazing -dreamy eyes-
