Saga is my fav too (I guess that's what you meant?). He's just a bitchy brat and I love him for that. Just look at that attitude, not to mention his flat tummy! o__o When he licks his bass it's a scale from 1-10 and it's a 20. Period

They're amazing <3~x There isn;t much info on them and are quite old but it brings back so many guid memories <3~x To be honest, I don;t actually like japanese music, I think it's something to do with the voices (jrock bands sound like they're trying to sing Japanese with an American accent? And jpop singers are mainly females who try to be "cute" and sing all high pitched? D:) and actually can;t stand bands like Dur We Gay ;p Anyways, the pillows are the only jmusic type band i've liked for ages and then I found Alice Nince, Do As Infinity etcetc Still don;t like Japanese music that much though. the pillows – Music at Last.fm : D Dunnp why that first track is there, the "Lemme Count The Ways" one. It's shite and definately not by them. |
«Dur We Gay»? Do you mean Diru? Our lovely Dir en grey? .__. I think J-Music rox! C: It's so original and own. There's no style like VK, OK etc, by no means, outside of Japan. Just wannabies and that stuff. Alice Nine has actually dropped down on my list the past month, cause I'm starting to get tired of their music. On the other hand, I haven't even heard half of their songs. I've got a bunch that's ok but when I get home from here I'll download some more albums. n__n If my computer allows me~

And haha yeeeh Dir En Grey, the guy cannot sing D: And I dunnp, most Japanese bands sound the same to me...Like the voices. They all sing in that japanese-american accent. ;_; Like uhm, you get the bands that sound like DurWeGay, L'arc~En~Ciel, Asian Kung Fu Generation etc etc. You can kind of sort them out into groups and their whole sound in general is the same. (Dunnp if i'm making sense here) D: If you listen to Mew's japanese version of White Lips Kissed it sounds like he's singing in Japanese but in his normal accent <3 (he's learnt the language btw and has traveled to Japan a lot. Also knows a lot of other languages really well) And yeh you don;t get this kind of music outwith Japan, but inside Japan they are crawling in it so it doesn;t rly seem that original. Some of them might think the same about Western music. Bleh I dunnp, they just all sound the same to me and not original at all D: Or maybe it's just because i've heard so much about it so the appeals worn off? Although I was never rly into Japanese music... |
