I got heart station today!
I quite like it, though I believe quite a few of the songs have been previously released as singles, so it's not all new.
Also, part of the vocal part to "kiss & cry" sounds SO familiar, I just can't quite put my finger on what it reminds me of.. I believe a section of the vocal melody is the same as one of her other songs from Exodus..
Anyway, the album is pretty great, although my favourite is still Ultra Blue or Exodus :D

it's Hotel Lobby. The verse part has the same melody as the bridge in Kiss & Cry ^^

So do you like the album? I did enjoy it, although I think it wasn't as "mature" as some of her past work.
I'm quite looking forward to her next English album, I've heard it may have "sanctuary" on it. If it's full of songs like that it will probably be one of my favourite albums ever!

I absolutely love it! In my opinion it's better than ULTRA BLUE.
as with the maturety of the album, Hikki said in a recent interview that Boka wa Kuma made her losen up for HEART STATION. so that's why it's less serious.. And I can't wait for her next English album!!

Maybe it will future the new Kingdom Hearts soundtrack, since a new Kingdom Hearts is going to be released soon. (not sure if she going to do the soundtrack again though:p )

if she does make a soundtrack for kingdom hearts...i reckon that she'll put it on the cd...having a song from the game gives the album more recognition..fans all over will say...hey i know this song its from "dadada" then they'll buy it and figure out, even though theyre late many many years, how good hikki-san really is...other than singing songs for video games..

Well.. already most people know her because of KH. Passion was her most viewed vid on youtube before it was removed (viewed more than 1,5 million times or something)
