yeahhh, Hikari is a great song, too x33

She's got a strong, clear voice...that's what I like most.
There are these japanese songs sung by girls in high and hyper voices...

Utada Hikaru is just amazing.
And she pronounces the english words good.
I've read somewhere that she's been living in america for a while, or had been raised billingual (english/Japanese) XD°

Don't know whether these were correct information XDD°~

My friend introduced me to Utada a while ago...I love all of her music, but especially the Japanese songs. It gives me a warm fuzzy feeling when I can actually understand the lyrics ^^

I like her English songs too, though. My favourites on the English album are "Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence" and "Poppin'"
My favourites on the Japanese album are "Passion" and "This is Love"

I, too, first became enamored with her music after--get this--hearing "Simple & Clean" on the commercials for the 1st KH when I was, gosh, I don't know... 12? 13? Ever since I have loved her music. Not all of her music, but nearly most lol.
I have not heard her new album. Wow, I wasn't even aware a new one was debuing... :o

Well....its not that new I guess it was released in 2009 so its really a year old...haha I find out about some things a little later than others. but yea My Sanctuary is the english version of Passion if I'm not mistaken. I would of been about 12/13 as well when it first came out

On of my favorite Hikaru songs is "Be My Last", but I haven't really been listening to much UH lately, so that's the one I remember clearly lol.
"My Sanctuary" is a loaded song for with a lot of memories attached to it; I can't really say whether or not I like this song for the simple fact that its hard for me to listen to it :vsign:

Don't think I could ever pick a favourite song by her haha one of those artist who I listen to and be like "thats my favourite song" *next song comes on* "NO WAIT THATS MY FAVOURITE SONG". Be My Last is deffinitly up there along with Final Distance!
