It is pronunced as [heedeh], right? I bet most English people mistake it for [hide (verb)]

It's Hyde
Hide is a totally different person. Hide is an amazing Jrock star who passed away some time ago. So huge difference lol. It's pretty easy to get confused though, just one letter. Haha This is my absolute favorite Hyde picture thing:  |
Well. When it's concerning his status as a vocalist in L'arc~En~Ciel, it's spelled 'Hyde' or 'hyde'. When it's concerning his solo career he spells it 'HYDE'. ^^ I know the japanese pronounce is 'haido'. ^^''

Hyde. I've been ignoring him lately, which I feel bad about. Unfortunately for him and L'Arc, Plastic Tree and Miyavi have decided to push their way into my brain and now more recently Gazette is ppushing their way in as well.
I still love Hyde's solo stuff though. All three of his albums are pretty interesting since he goes off in a different direction in each one. |
