I think Gackt is still sort of visual kei. But he's kind of doing his own thing now, and it's less 'traditional' if that makes sense.
Obviously around the Malice Mizer era he was considered very visual kei, but I think he's kind of in the middle nowadays. I don't really know how to explain it, but that's just my opinion anyway.

Some of GACKT's new songs are ok, some are good but some it takes me a while to get to like them.

He has three songs that I like, tho.

Vanilla, No Ni Saku Hana No You Ni (I think) and the one where he's riding a horse like a knight in the MV. Also I remember something about a tree in it. Not sure what it's called tho..
