without yoshiki the rest of these guys probably wouldn't be where they are today (well maybe apart from kami...)

i'm not saying the others are not good, but yoshiki made these bands popular (dir en grey in particular, signing them and producing their early singles)

signing and producing bands is a compliment to his producer skills. not drumming skills.
Yoshiki may have his worth and yadda yadda ... but I believe Shin is better.
