Does anyone skate in Japan whats it like

Ice skate? Roller-skate? In-line skate? Skateboard?

If you're talking about skateboarding....
The scene in Japan isn't that big. Basically, skating is allowed only in public parks and, obviously, in private skateparks.

About skating in public parks... as for Tokyo, I've seen skaters in Ueno koen (mainly in the area in front of the museum), in the park between Tokyo Metropolitan Governement office and Park Hyatt in Shinjuku and in Yoyogi koen, but I'm sure there are a lot more places where j-skateboarders gather.
Skating outside parks (i.e. on the road) isn't illegal, but the cops don't like it and often force skaters to stop their activity and to move to some other place.

do you know any links for japanese aggressive inline skating?

I skate in the U.S and get yelled at for it (cops, mainly...)

I put my skates on for on the road when I get the chance to put them on~ I love them, last time I used them when I run away from home because I got a little depressed of everything, and my knee got open ones because of them, but yeah no one or no injury could stop me from using my skates~ xD
