For health Swimming, weightlifting(not for bulking though). For competing Taekwondo. |

But It's getting kinda boring xD |
Baseball,Boxing,Basketball, Soccer , Football. Thats bout the usual.But there is the knife throwing which i am good at. :vsign: Weights need the muscle and swimmin like 3 or 4 miles. Then go Rock Climbing

second one ive done for 5 years now but its really hard to improve if you have a high level o playing... |

I played soccer growing up, was on the swim team last year (but not this year because the season ends after I leave for Japan) and thus this year I've just been working out at the gym 3x a week.
I sound like I should be more athletic looking but I'm actually quite skinny. I think it's because I'm so tall :/ |
Not any sport in particular. Biking, powerlifting, badminton, jogging, hiking, cross-country skiing, soccer and canoeing mainly I think.
