i want to start with kung fu (is it writen like that? xD) do you know what that kind of technique it is where you focus your power? i think it´s tai chi but i´m not sure, but i want to start that :D

btw, what´s jiu-jitsu? haven´t heard of it

Tai Chi is a set of movement base on the theory of circular motion, what imporant is the breathing behind it. I am not sure what you are referring to FOCUS ON POWER, but if you are looking for an art that deals with raw muscular power in the sector of Chinese art, you are looking at mostly southern style stuff like Ba Chi, Mantis, Hung's Boxing, Southern Boxing, The Eighteen Buddah etc....

Jiu Jitsu is the parent art of Judo, removing the lethal ingredient of Jiu Jitsu (striking technique, joint technique etc), you will have Judo:

Jujutsu - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Depending on where you are from and who you talk to, it can be Jiu-Jitsu or Ju-Jitsu

Lets not hijack this thread and move the discussion of various art to the other martial art specific post.

Shanis, what you are asking is Chi-Gung and it is the meditation part of Shaolin Kung-fu. it's the ability to focus all your energy in a given part of your bodyas to resist or overcome pain, but it takes time to develop this and phisycal excercise goes with it too. kung-fu is the phisycal part and Chi-Gung is the spiritual. Chi is energy in everything that have life.
