like, because most staff styles are actually in the bigger styles...like most martial arts teach you the hands then hand you a stick and the same motion as the hands go the stick, with some variation...

I call it a art, because your taught to hurt the oppnent the best way under certain circumstances, and there are always certain circumstances

kokunin 04-20-2007 02:33 AM

Foreword:
Right... Excessum is very enthusiastic and takes every opportunity to try something new, but, unfortunately, he gets bored very fast and quits it...

So he has been in-to Aikido for around a year, but was kicked out because he started to hit on his very very strict Sensei's beloved daughter. Then he moved on to something more aggressive... Take van do (sorry for the spelling in case it is not correct) and karate (after a unpleasant accident he got himslef in-to while sparring he had to hold back from martial arts for almost a year) and finally after a while he tried fighting "without rules" or "street fighting" out of which he was banned for using aikido weak-spot techniques and gave up on martial arts for a year... now he is looking forward to return on training and wants to try K-1... Wish him good luck as he will need it :D

'K guys, what about you? :)

Good Luck, i'm sure you don't need it
