Hi Guys and Girls!

Im learning a wing chung here in austria and now im interestet what people think about this martial art in asia - effektivity and so on. maybe someone wants to talk about it?!

I've seen and heard a little about Wing Chun. I wouldn't mind learning it in the future. However, I am concerned it will be difficult to locate an affordable, genuine teacher.

Not true...

The trick is to find a martial art which operates under a reputable world/national body.

Kyokushin Karate, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, TaeKwonDo etc...

What do you mean?

There are usually national or world bodies which administer and qualify these teachers. And they are usually in every major city. Which makes genuine teachers easy to find I think. As for affordable...I'm assuming membership to a club is no higher than that of a monthly/weekly gym membership at the most...
