Chito ryu is a style of karate created by Dr Chitose.Born in Okinawa and trained along side Funikoshi,Yamaguchi etc. When Dr Chitose moved to Main land Japan he took what he considered the best parts of what he learnt and changed other things also based upon his medical knowledge. The Hombu is located in Kumumoto and is now run by his son since his passing.
Hope this helps.

Hello, I am from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I used to study Chito Ryu in Edmonton when I was younger. I am now 20 and looking to start again. How long have you been practicing it? Have you ever traveled for tournaments ect?
