Guitar Hero/Rock Star...the music rhythm games
So I am thinking about getting Guitar Hero III as it has a lot of great music, but then I saw Rock Star. I don't understand...does it come with all the equipment, or do you have to buy the drums and guitar seperately? Anyone played either?

O.o gh3 FTW!!!!! rockband costs like 170+ and the pieces arent that sturdy. gh3 is way better in my opinion

Looking at the drum pads, they didn't look that big or strong. I may just go for G.H.III.

The new design of rockband looks cool but I have a wii so GH3.

GHIII was on sale for like 50 bucks cheaper than Amazon, so I had to go for it (they only had one left). They had Rock Star, too (just one) but I need to hear more about that one.
I'll let you know how it goes... |
I'd go for GHIII, It does have good songs on it (I own it) and you can customize the people more too.

I have gh III And its awsome but I want rockstar So bad me and my bro got to play rock star at wal mart it was kinda stupid the way the guitar worked on it but the drums were awsome. But I can tell you gh III kicks ass and it has alot of good songs on it

Rock Band has been getting some pretty good reviews. However, it's a game thats really only meant to be played with a few friends - not really by yourself. If you're more of a solo gamer, pick up Guitar Hero III. If you got some buddies that can come by and form your virtual band, then get Rock Band.
