As for downloading games, I have done it and havent had any trouble with it. Once again im "Pretty sure" that all the downloadable games are hosted by microsoft so you want have to worry about downloading anything dodgy.

Basically anything from "Live" should be 100% safe.

I bought my boyfriend gears of war 2 for christmas and I can't wait to steal it back from him so I can play it. :D

Yeah, they have a bunch of "Xbox Originals" avaliable for download. Fallout 3 is Awesome!! It could get a little depressing a times, but overall it's a solid game worth buying.

360 FTW ib played both the 360 and the PS3 and the problems i encountered with the PS3 are just plain annoying. The amount and quality of the games on the 360 are just phenomenal. I love Mirrors Edge, COD4, Mass Effect and a bunch of other games. Until Sony gets their act together i wont be touching another PS3. I dont mind paying for Live its stable and its fun $50 a year is nothing PS3 is free but there arent really a lot of games worth playing on it.
