I'd rather him say that he wasn't sure, but then again he figured that response may leave customers like me vexed because it's not a definite answer. It's still a real bum steer though.
Edit: Oh, and thanks for suggesting the JPN-ENG dictionary software for my DS. I've bought it and I find it extremely useful. |
