English Speaking/Japanese Speaking friends

I know there are many threads with people looking for friends who Speak Japanese and English but I find it easier to start a new one. I speak English and I know a little bit of Japanese but somewhere i feel that learning from coursebooks I buy at the bookstore isn't really helping that much (<<nerd:bigears:) I think people teaching people is easier and faster way. also if you have the same interest as me please feel free to leave me messages I'm an open person and I luv meeting new people so please leave a comment if you're interested as well thanks :ywave:

I'm sure as well have the same opinion like you.. if people can understand 100% from the books, then the teachers should not exist. But, from psychology point of view, a baby learn knowledge starting from their parents means human contact are far more important than knowledge from contexts etc.. :D

I did the same and I'm still doing and I agree with you..it's better to learn from someone...I took a japanese course kinda 6 months but my teacher went back to japan so now I'm learning from coursebooks....but it's hard because you can't speak well if you learn only from coursebooks....
