What is needed to be a teacher in Japan.

A 4 year Bachelor's degree (in any subject) and native English fluency are the 2 main requirements. Adaptability, a sense of humor, and a good attitude help immeasurably as well.

Hm. I think I would go to college for English. My English level is good I guess since its my first language.
