Kansai - I go there the most and its awesome :D
|
That's a tough one. I like Tohoku and Hokkaido a lot. The scenery is beautiful, the onsen are great and the people are kind and helpful.
I also like Kyushu. I've been there a few times and I've found the people quite friendly and easygoing. Didn't like Osaka much I'm afraid. |
I chose Kanto, but I can't say why I chose it.

Wow, Hokkaido's pretty popular! :D
I'd love to see Hokkaido myself one of these days. My dad and I want to go there next time... |
I will have to say Chugoku, because my wife is from Kure and Hiroshima city is the only place I have spent any considerable amount of time in Japan. It also didn't feel like a western city, while the areas I saw of Nagoya and Osaka reminded me of San Francisco.

I can't really help but to be biased as I've yet to travel enough :(

I spent some time with my uncle who lives in Yamanishi and I really loved that area. Lots of nature, great views of mountains including Fuji-san, hot springs, wineries, etc. And best of all, it isn\'t too far from Tokyo.
