Airsoft in Japan

Have you ever practiced Airsoft in Japan?

Do you know where to practice in Tokyo area?
And where to buy stuff? Online or in Tokyo.

There's a place called BB Jungle which is located in Chiba. I'll get the phone number the next time I pass by it. As for airsoft stuff, you can try Rakuten.

I wish paintball was legal in Japan, I used to play regularly in the US, and I have a good collection of equipment. Unfortunately, Japan changed their laws, and paintball (and airsoft) guns which could fire projectiles at more than 200 fps were banned.

Thanks.

I did not know about that law. It actually sucks.

As a matter of fact, they are legal, but, like firearms, you need a license to possess and use one.

As far as I know (unless they changed it very recently), the current limit is 0.98 joules. which is 325 fps. Not trying to call you out, but if they did change it then that sucks. you might as well throw rocks at eachother in the streets.

They changed it. I used to be an avid paintball player, but the new law effectively made paintball guns illegal. The standard paintball marker velocity is 280 to 300 fps. The only place one can play still play paintball in Japan is on the US military bases.

air pistols, no way Jose

air rifles, .177 or .22 require a firearm/hunting license. Its 12 man. The cheapest air rifles I've seen are serious hunting models about 20 man en.
No Crossman pumps here.
