what i meant was would there be any university in japan that takes me with only jlpt and an exam? or they ask for high school's certificates too? :P

All universities require you to have at least 12 years of prior school and jlpt level 1, or that other admission for japanese university test (or something)

And you will have to show high school cerftificate, I don't know a single university that will let you enter without high school education
Well, that is not entierly true. If you droped out of high school, you will have to go to some grown up school or something, as long as you can prove that you have 12 or more years of edu. i think you will be ok
