study design in Japan

my name is Shir and im from Israel

i want to go and study design in Japan, i love the concept of the designs in Japan the street fashion and i want to learn form the best :)
but i cant find sites that arent write in English and in the riht location:

im looking for study a curse or something like this, my plan is to be in japan for 3-6 month
furthermore im looking for study in Okazaki City (is where my boyfriend going to study Japanis)
