Out of curiosity, what is so bad about the US that's making you so unhappy? Can't recall who said it, but moving to another country probably won't help that happiness.

It's like money, ya know? If one is depressed and unhappy before being rich, they'll probably still find some way to be unhappy.

Dont worry to much about finding a job or getting a place to stay. There are tons of companies, always looking for fresh teachers and many of them all you will need is a Visa.
