Is that where the dogs are kenneled? Was there a proper park nearbye?

Here we have many rescue centres-- unfortunately often over crowded.

Dogs are brought over here from Ireland to be rescued? too many dogs get discarded the same as cats.

At one time there was a spate of people dumping their dogs from their cars onto the motorways. Terrible. some people are very cruel to animals although we have the RSPCA-- to rescue abused animals-- but there are way too many.

Also we have boarding kennels where people board their animals whilst their owners go away on holiday etc.

No this isn't a kennel, pretty sure it's public dog park like they have in Manhattan, it was busy during the day (this shot was taken at 7:00am) the building right next to it goes by the name of Harvard Business School if I recall. Parks nearby ... well kinda, not sure on pet policies there though

Saw a doc on Kansai airport and they showed the kennels they had there for boarding pets and they were getting pretty pampered.
