It's not 'having no money', it's 'not having enough to go, and then to support myself until I have some sort of guaranteed income'.

Um, No I am not. That data is from four years ago. ;] I am in college now, (Go me. ;])
I also have had more experience than I did when I was sixteen. If you do not like what I am saying, that is indeed an issue you have, because more or less some people are starting to agree.

You ignored EVERY recommendation with some sort of excuse a person high school aged would give. Think about it.

It's just the law. Some other countries have deals worked out with Japan to be able to obtain WHVs, but America does not.
