It's hard to say. The question would be "Can this guy teach us baseball better than a Japanese coach would be able to?" If you really are that good at the game AND at coaching, and can prove it (i.e. championships, awards, etc.) then you have a shot.

At my University you can take a gap year and study at a Japanese partner University in your second year. It's the same price as a University place here, because their students are then able to come here (so it's really an exchange.)

Maybe you should look for a degree like that where you are, and you could possibly continue your degree in Japan.

I can't do this as a) I'm a Computer Animation student and b) I'm not anywhere near fluent in Japanese.

But it's an excellent opportunity for people that are.
